It defines Force-F (persistence in ethical alignment) and the AMOUR cycle (Anchoring, Modeling, Observation, Union, Radiance) as the symbolic dynamics of ethical intelligence. Through mechanisms like Ethical Non-Functional Requirements (ENFRs), Tripwire systems, and Transmission Packages, OM provides a practical methodology for traceable, auditable, and adaptive AI ethics.
